This is a short term, vacational rental property designed for temporary stays as short as only one night up to four months, based on availability. The rate for one night is $75 plus taxes and includes a continental breakfast each morning. Stays booked for seven days or more enjoy a discounted rate.
Driveway parking for one vehicle can be provided if required. Alternatively, bus 52 provides service to the neighbourhood and is on a direct route to Royal Roads University (no transfers necessary). The bus stop is just steps away from the house. We are within walking distance to nearby amenities such as Millstream Center, Home Depot, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.
This is a peaceful home where we live as well upstairs and we would ask that guests respect our need for quiet enjoyment of the household too. Parties or loud music will not be appreciated. This is a smoke-free, pet-free, drug-free property.
Amenities include free high speed optic fibre WIFI, access to shared laundry facilities for guests staying longer than seven days, TV cablevision that provides one button access to Netflix, YouTube and other apps, heat, hydro and garbage/compost pickup. The suite comes fully furnished with complete kitchen utensils, dishes and cookware, bedding, towels and linens. A damage deposit may or may not be required depending on how you book.
