We have enjoyed sharing our home as part of an exchange student program, and are now offering space suitable for University students. Sharing the full home with owner (female), 18 yr old male, and one cat. The shared space includes 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, two living rooms, sundeck, and yard.
We enjoy international travel and the outdoor activities available nearby and around the island. We are active in the day, both residents work full-time outside of the house, and we get outside as much as possible to enjoy the many nearby activities. The neighbourhood is very active during the day and quiet at night, located on a no-through road in scenic Cordova Bay, easy walking distance to Matticks Farm, Red Barn Market, Agate Beach, Lochside Trail, Sayward Hill golf and a number of parks. Cordova Bay is a hub of active lifestyle: cycling, running, hiking, with an Anytime Fitness down the street and Saanich Commonwealth Rec Centre nearby.
Off street parking is available.
The room is furnished with bed, dresser, desk, and bookcase and has a closet. House is quiet by 10pm, no partying or overnight guests.
$1,200 a month includes utilities, the student will need their own cell phone plan and food.
