I am a single professional female whose grown children are off exploring their next adventure. I have a lovely 4 bedroom home on a quiet street near the Mckenzie/Blanshard border. Rent includes a fully furnished bedroom, private bathroom (linens provided), and privat tv room/guest room (if you wish to have guests for the evening), all utilities, high speed internet, and streaming services (Netflix, Prime, and Apple TV). There is a guest bathroom on the main floor which your guests and you are welcome to use. We can work out a laundry schedule as I'm not picky, so whatever works for you. I'm flexible. I have a 10 year old yello lab named Maggie (very friendly). She is with family friends at the moment due to her current physical needs. I expect her to be back with me in January. There is a small backyard patio and yard with a Napoleon BBQ, large comfy deck furniture and fire table at your disposal during the summer months. I do like to entertain once in a while (small dinner parties) but you would be invited to join and given ample notice. I don't do drugs but I do love a good glass of wine with my dinner. I'm an excellent cook, and you very likely would be invited to sample my creatiions. Still trying to get used to cooking for one. All I ask is that you respect common spaces and are responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of your "included" spaces. I've done enough laundry and cleaning for two teenage boys to last me a lifetime. LOL. I built a home gym in my garage, which you are welcome to use. I just need to do a little storage rearranging as I've totally got into camping this summer, and there is a lot of stuff in there now for a single car garage.
