Hi there! We (34 years old) are looking for 2 awesome roommates to share our beautiful, large 4-bedroom family home located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Colwood. We are both working professionals, working an HR role in the government and in the trades. We are open to both long term roommates or short term.
The house is just a 5-7 minute drive from Westshore Town Centre and all the essentials. Royal Roads University is only 10 minutes away by car or about 30 minutes by bus. It is also within biking distance (approx 15 min by bike depending on how fast you are!)
About the House
* Bedrooms: 2 bright and welcoming rooms available.
* 2 Bathroom: Shared with one or two other roommates.
* Common Areas: Spacious living and dining areas, plus a deck and a backyard.
* Laundry: Separate laundry room.
* Storage: Potential access to large storage spaces, including a big garage.
* Parking: On-site parking available.
Subletting Option
We’re open to subletting rooms for a shorter stay. The room can be fully furnished, perfect for temporary accommodations.
Rent & Move-In Details
* Rent: $1,100 per month + shared utilities (water, electricity, Wi-Fi).
* Move-in available now - Immediately available or other dates could be arranged, such as April 1st (negotiable for later/alternative dates is possible. If the ad is still up, feel free to reach out!)
