The two other bedrooms are currently occupied by Royal Roads students. Shared living areas include kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry facilities and large sundeck overlooking the back yard with apple trees. Bedroom doors have a keyed lock for your privacy. Rent includes all utilities, household and kitchen needs, towels, linen as well as shared wireless internet.
